No one knows your body better than you do. For example: Your own intuition is what tells you something is wrong. Sometimes we go and present symptoms as evidence to a doctor or practitioner in the hopes that they can diagnose and treat us. It is our own intuition and intelligence that gets us to take action.

When we are working with our own energy centers, it is important to have developed intuition. When you trust your own 'gut instinct' your gut will teach you things like the ‘tapping’ in the video presented below and more.

When I was going through surgery with an old spinal injury I ended up in a lot of pain. In addition to relief and repair techniques, I would tap each finger to my thumb and tap until I recalled all the information I could about each finger. (There is a planetary alignment to each finger and a lot of other interesting facts on fingers: There is a power, a power source to draw on, etc). The hands and fingers are incredible things. If it is something you want to gain more understanding of you might want to grab a book on palmistry. With understanding you develop knowledge, and then appreciation; then you can follow your intuition and develop exercises that work for your own health (in some cases strength).

When we exercise our muscles, we begin by tearing the muscle a little bit. We use a small amount of weight and continue to use the muscle until it tears a little. We know we have torn it a little when it gets warm, or tingle. Trainers use the term ‘the muscle burns’. Then you eat protein to repair the muscle, and carbohydrates to ‘feed’ it, so it grows larger than the scar the protein repairs. You continue to ‘build the muscle’ by doing this repeatedly.** Prerequisite for Exercise below: 1 Resonate to Your Body’s rhythm

Exercise TWO for Reiki I: Tune your Body Instrument

Place your left had on your heart and allow the heart beat to penetrate your palm. Take your right hand and place it on the abdomen. Move your palm slightly around the abdomen until you feel a heart beat there. Are they both pulsating to the same rhythm? Make note of which one is faster or slower. Send energy through your arms to complete the circuit and allow yourself to resonate with the flow. When you feel your energy resonating to the flow of energy you feel in your palms, WILL the energy from your hands and finger tips to regulate the rhythm so it is in accordance with the rhythm of the symbols, one at a time. Check the pulses you feel in your palms and they should be the same.

As far as chakra health I am not positive in regards to method of the video. This is a good exercise to learn chi awareness. I teach a similar technique for hands on healing. You can try this on your self.
